Hi! I'm very new to Telepresence system and wanted to know about making calls from one endpoint (f.e. MX300) to another (f.e SX20) using their ip addresses(public or private). I have seen in the config guide that they make calls through IDs or URIs and they need gatekeeper/SIP proxy for that, but how can we establish connection through their ip addresses without extra devices, just endpoints?
Thanks

Hi Zhomart,
I presume you want to directly(without using gatekeeper) call other endpoints using IP addresses.
This is very simple.
Use remote control and punch in the IP address you want to dial, make sure you select H323 as protocol.
Also the dialed IP address should be reachable.
