I have Cisco Webex Room Kit 60 Plus running RoomOS 10.20.1.6 d8b09bf5f7b.
It worked just fine when we upgraded. Starting with registering the device on Cisco Cloud running Webex on a PC with Windows 10 Enterprise 20H2 running webex App v 42.10.
We noticed that PC was not detecting Cisco Room Kit.
We deactivate de Roomkit from Webex App, and we can not re-activated again. We have tryed to uninstall and reinstall Webbex App, and looks like it brings the same configuration from some Windows Register or something that can not let me start again from a clean configuration, showing under device options that we have a Room kit coced Plus 60.
I have tryed too, through the option connecting device, but ther is no way that Touch Pad display the four digits, cause is still running and connected to the webex user accaount.
Is there away to re-activate the room kit again without resetting to factory default?
