How to set Camera PreSets with remote control

We have a newer SX20 12x Cisco Camera and Codec.

We have not been able to figure out how to set the camera pre-sets with this remote.

We do not have a touchpanel.

We can find instructions for the older model of SX20 and the older remote but not the current one.

Does anyone know if this is possible?

In short, you have to use the API to create camera presets if you don't have a Touch 10, as it's not possible to create presets using the TRC6 remote control.  Camera presets can be recalled using the web interface, remote control, Touch 10, or API.
