Hi,
Doing my first multisite with a new C40 and for some reason, no audio or video is received on either side of a 3-way call. Standard 2-way calls work perfect. We do not utilize a gateway. Software version is TC4.2.1.265253. I have 3 other Edge 95's at this location that work fine. No additional steps were needed for those to do a multisite call. I've gone through the menu in the C40, but I don't see any options that appear to be out of place.
Thx!

Also, you can check xstatus systemunit and find these details to see if the Multisite license is present on the codec:
*s SystemUnit Software OptionKeys MultiSite: "true"
*s SystemUnit State MaxNumberOfCalls: 4
*s SystemUnit State MaxNumberOfActiveCalls: 4
*s SystemUnit State NumberOfActiveCalls: 0
*s SystemUnit State NumberOfSuspendedCalls: 0
*s SystemUnit State NumberOfInProgressCalls: 0

Hi Germaine,
You can check the Multipoint Mode on the C40 if you're running TC5.1 and above:
xConfiguration Conference [1..1] Multipoint Mode:
You can hard code it to MultiSite if the endpoint has inbuilt MCU or MultiWay if you're using a bridge.
Hope this answers your question.

"xstatus systemunit"
That's exactly what I was looking for.
Thank you so much!
