Idle Status Bar Control for MX and EX

Can someone please tell me what setting in Advanced Configuration Shows/Hides the Status bar that shows at the top of the Idle Screen on the MX and EX Series Endpoints? This is the Bar that has the System Name along with Clock and Date. Thanks! Jason

Hi,

You cannot hide this bar when system is not in a call, the bar goes away when you are in a call.
