In codec- Allow Web Snapshots not working

Hi, i upgrade my existing codec upgrade with TC 7.3.0 after im getting error on codec allow web snapshots not showing. its working fine with TCNC 6.3.0 for your reference attached the snapshot also

That is by design, the web snapshots are there.  If you notice, it says "Click to view video snapshots for this source", you just need to click the warning and it will appear for about 5 seconds, but be cautious, it will put an intrusive warning on the codec screen that an administrator is monitoring the conference from the web interface.

HI, guy's thanks for your reply. i did what u said click on view video snapshots. but nothing would happen it show like that only. plz find attachments

Have you verified there video detected on the camera input, or tried to restart the codec since you've upgrade to TC7.3?

What happens if you connect a PC to the codec and start presenting, do you get snapshots from the presentation side?

restart the codec then its working.

I think you need to enable the feature from the touch as well after an upgrade.  I might be wrong, but I recall having to permit it again.
