Installation CTS 500 - 32 "The system is not available yet"

Guys,

Do you have any experience with installation CTS 500 - 32, I have a problem, after the installation i skip the first time setup wizzard. When i want to setup hardware manually by click section : Troubleshooting >> Hardware Setup in web gui interface for CTS 500 - 32 i got message "The system is not available yet"

Do you have any experience like this ??

PS : the cable connection is already correct based on documentation picture.

Hi Rizal,

Few things to check here

1. Reboot or power cycle the system

2. Make sure all the check marks on screen while booting

3. Please login to webgui of the codec and see if there is any red 'X' mark in lower left bottom.
