Hi all,
I'm new to this community and, at the same time, I'm new to the product Cisco VCS.
I open this thread to ask if anyone has ever made (or knows how to do) an integration between a Radvision ECS and the Cisco VCS.
In particular, what I'm trying to deploy, is the integration of Cisco VCS (Control + Expressway) in a network where there is a Radvision ECS gatekeeper. The new Cisco VCS must allow only to communicate via IP with the terminals over internet.
First of all (for outcoming calls)... I must, on the Radvision ECS, only define VCS control as a neighbor to make sure that all calls with a given prefix are forwarded to the Cisco VCS which will then be properly configured to handle such calls?
Then, for the incoming calls, i must only do the opposite?
How can I manage incoming calls, not being able to change the configuration of the terminals currently registered on Radvsion ECS gatekeeper?
Is there documentation on this? I'm not able to find anything.
I hope to receive answers, greetings to all.
PS: Sorry, if my English is not perfect.
