I am seeing a problem where we have two overlapping two digit numbers (e.g. 12 & 12)
12 = Hunt Pilot (Partition-CLI)
12 = Translation Pattern to hide CLI (Partition-Hide-CLI)
This setup seems to work for most devices but not all. When dialing 12 from a stand desk phone (e.g. 8945 / 9971) it calls immediately.
When calling from a 7925 wireless phone or analogue phone it waits the 15 seconds before hearing ring back.
Paritions and CSS have all been checked. If they CSS and Parition are excatly the same the fault still occurs.
I have been able to find a temporary fix but ticking "Urgent Priority" on both the Hunt Pilot and Translation Pattern. Though I find it odd that It works/fails depending on device when the setting should be global.
Any ideas ?
