That model of IPTV shipped with windows NT and a Optibase 200S (HD1SC) video card. If you do a rebuild, it should restore to defaults.
When powering up the unit, you will see the message "System now Booting..." at this point press the "F" key. This will run a batch file that will re-image the system to factory settings with the IP/TV software pre-installed.
If you are then going to upgrade the IPTV CM/BS software, be sure to uninstall it first using the cisco uninstall (not the windows uninstall) before installing the newer version. It can be upgraded up to version 3.5.
The 3400 Series of Servers are a turnkey solution which have every specific driver installed by the factory. If there is no driver for the card, then a rebuild should restore the driver. Also, make sure this server is not used for any other services other than IPTV (for ex, not a web server or DNS server).
