IP VCR Telepresence

Hi,

   We are having the IP VCR 2210 with which we can stream the conference.but the issue is with external storage.we had choosen  NFS Sever for external storage of the recordings.We are able to see the path of NFS Server in our device & free space in the disk.but we are not able to store these recordings in the NFS Server.Please suggest the solution for the problem raised.Please find the enclosed snap shots for reference.

Sorry, I might not have been clear enough here, but the ipvcr_IP is your ipvcr IP, you have to change this to match your ipvcr ip.

Go to http(s)://IP_OF_YOUR_IPVCR/help_external_storage.html (choose the appropriate protocol http or https depending on how your ipvcr is configured).

If it still does not work just login to your IP vcr and click "help" and find the section of external storage and you should come to the same page.
