Is there a know bug in TC Firmware for a C40 That would stop and upgrade?

Hi Luke,
Please provide additional details. I have similar issue when C40 trying register to CUCM10.5.
I tried to use TC7.2.0. Also uploaded to CUCM tftp appropiated cop.sgn . Did not help.
With VCS C40 working without issue.
