Hello supporters,
I am here to ask for you guy's help.
Attahced is a screen shot of ISDN Link that I have a problem with.
Could somebody tell me which part is wrong?
First time I set it up it's working properly, but PRI connection got cut off a few months later.
PRI guy said there's no problem on PRI side.
Thanks.

The screenshots in your message are not the easiest thing to read. It would be more useful if you post a copy of the output of xconfiguration and xstatus commands from the ISDNLink to show the complete configuration.

Need the xstatus too to look properly at why the ISDN is not working, but from a quick look at your xconfig I can see a couple of issues that may stop other parts from working correctly.
Firstly, you have it set to IPv4 only - You need to set it to Dual stack as it needs IPv6 to properly pair it with the attached endpoint.
I'd recommend that you set the NTP server to a local one rather than using the default 0.ntp.tandberg.com address.
What software version are you running on your ISDNLink? The latest (and recommended) version is IL1.1.5. And, similar, with the EX90 - are you running current software on that as well?

software version:
ISDN Link - IL1.1.0.247d2f9
EX90 - Factory Default (I never upgraded it.)
What is the recommended version for ISDN Link and EX90?
For NTP server, those units are not connected to the local network. So I think I should set NTP setting to OFF.
And, I don't have a copy of xstatus right now.
Thank you.

"Factory Default" for an EX90 could be many many different versions... depending on when it was shipped. The only way to tell is to look at the interface on the endpoint.
To work properly with the ISDNLink the EX90 needs to be at least TC6.0, although running the latest TC7.3.3 is recommended (for compatibility and security updates).
Regarding NTP, if you set it to off, make sure that you configure the time on the devices correctly, as, if the time is way off what is current, you may have issues in calls where encryption is used. I'd recommend that the devices are connected to a network where possible so they can receive the correct time from a local time source (a router, NTP server, WIndows Domain Controller, etc).
