It is not possible to hide the microphone mute indicator, the only thing that can be hidden on the OSD is the encryption indicator.

To hide the configuration option for the encryption indicator is different depending on the software version you're running, see below.
TC software: Video OSD EncryptionIndicator
CE software: UserInterface OSD EncryptionIndicator
