IX5000 Echo cancellation disable

Hi everyone 

I tried to turn off echo cancellation from cli. 

Set audio aec disable 

But, no valid command  <-this message. 

Do I have to open a TAC case?

Is there other way I can turn off the echo cancellation? ??

Hi,

Can you check if the Echo cancellation is turned ON:

xConfiguration Audio Input Microphone X EchoControl Mode: On (X refers to the Microphone in use i.e 1,2,3,4)

Hi Manish,

i opened a TAC for this issue and the TAC engineer said there is no command to change the Echo cancellation, even TAC engineer can not change it.
