I have what may seem a simple question, but I am unable to find confirmation anywhere.
We have an IX5000 which receives a global phone-book from CUCM and I wonder if the following behaviour is correct.
We select the phone-book and see a blank page with a search box, entries are only shown when we start typing in the search box.
Is this expected behaviour or should I see a list of entries when first entering the phone-book page without starting a search.

Hey David,
This is expected behavior with the IX5000. Currently the IX only supports UDS phonebooks which is a search based phonebook meaning that until you actually start typing into the search field, you will not see any results.
Support for TMS phonebooks and favorites (speed dials) is in the works.
