SX10 with problem when the source use NAT

I can´t use the telepresence when the origin use NAT.

If it use a public IP as the source, the conection is closed normally.

The question is: how can i use a NAT in the source?

Is this a standalone SX10, is there a VCS? etc

Hi Moyo, let's go.

I´m using a standalone SX10.

If i use Any Telepresence with a public IP X SX10 with NAT(Public + Private IP), it works.

But if i use Any Telepresence with NAT(Public + Private IP) X SX10 with NAT(Public + Private IP) it doesn't work.

Was i Clear?
