IX5000 voice activated switching not working correctly

We're having a problem with the new mic bars used by the IX5000.  The camera moves away from the active speaker and switches to empty seats.  One of the mic bars in the "empty" section is showing constant  activity when running through the "first time setup" for the 2nd thru 15th time.  We had the mic RMAd and the new mic is doing the same thing.  Move the mic to a different location and the problem follows the mic.   Any suggestions??

I'd suggest you go back and check the installation steps for the connection of all your microphones to ensure that you have the correct microphone positon correctly connected as per the diagram on Page 13-7 of the Installation Guide (Cable Routing Diagram on Page C-3 may also assist).  If you have not correctly connnected them in the right order/positions this could cause your incorrect camera movement.
