We have Jabber Video for TelePresence version 4.5 installed, and it's working great overall. However, when someone using the software calls another person, either using the software or in a TelePresence room, the pop-up showing the calling party will show their Active Directory account name, rather than their "Display Name" or "First/Last" name as setup in TMS. E.g., when John Smith calls, instead of it saying "Call from John Smith," it will say "Call from josm345." I'm hoping to find a way to where it will actually say his name, but as yet have been unable. Thanks for your help!

Which version of VCs software is running here?
There is a known bug (CSCua49125) solved in x7.2.1, with displayed omitted on the in the P-asserted identity on the VCS.
You might be hitting that.

Thank you Karim! The VCS is currently on X7.2, so I'm going to schedule for the software upgrade and see if that fixes it. I'll update when I get it done.
