Im very new to VCS and VCSE, so any help would be greatly appreciated. Recently a problem came to our attention that inbound jabber video calls from the internet were not working. The call does establish, however, the external client does not see the video of the client on the inside and the client on the inside sees the video of the exteranl client, audio works.
So after some poking around at configs etc everything looks fine. However, one of my team mates mentioned that fixup protocol sip udp 5060 is on the Pix and could be causing the problem. Another problem we found was on our vcse, where we found ntp and dns were no longer working. I am working to get the ntp and dns fixed, but could any of these issues cause video to not work on the external client. All video calls work inside to inside and when calls are created outside to outside they work. Can anyone offer ideas as to what could be causing this issue?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Are you running a single VCS Expressway or cluster? We had something similar recently such as this. We have a cluster, and the endpoint was registered to peer 2, with the call coming from the Control to the Expressway going over peer 1. The end result was the call was traversing the cluster and the media was getting lost somewhere in between. Like you, all internal-internal and external-internal calls worked without issue, was just internal-external calls that partially failed.

Yes the fixup on the PIX could be your problem.
