Layout question Cisco C40

When doing a call to another Cisco C40, I had recentlybeen given a layout option which included a large window on the left part of the screen showing shared content, and tiled video windows on the right side of the screen moving vertically, as below (hopefully my format comes through)

But, I don't always get this option for a layout on calls - even to other C40's.  Is this dependent ont he sending device?  Is there soemthing in our Crestron system which allows or prevents this?

Does both C40 run with same software version?

I believe there was default (standard) layout update in TC software a while ago.

Maybe not, I'll hve to contact someone in our other location to find out what SW version they are running.  Do you know what the current C40 SW version is?

I see TC5.1.6 on the Cisco SW release site

Hi,

I suppose the reason is because your presentation are sometimes in 16:9 format and sometimes in 4:3 format.   The layout choices are slightly different depending on the format.
