Dear all,
Based on Port matrix table of the Administrator Guide
Mode Licenses per port Video ports
SD 1 80
HD 2 20
HD+ 4 20
Full HD 4 15
Since our client would like to depoly "Full HD" in their network, anyone can confirm the maximum participant ( we guess is 15).
We did not need to buy full license on this case, the number of license(L-8420-2PL) should be 30 for this case?
Best Regards,
Ben Lai

Yes, the numbers look ok, at least for a single 8510 blade.
The backdraw is that even if you would dial in with a low resolution device
it will still take one full hd port.
I would recomend you to look into the conductor and the telepresence server.
(Contact your Cisco Partner or Representative regards converting a 8510 to
a telepresence blade and condidtions for the Conductor).
That combination would give you a dynamic port allocation method, so depending
on the scenario you could get more users on it.

Dear Martin,
Thanks for your advise.
It is right there is a backdraw for such deployment.
We have a quick review on the dynamic port allocation, it seem much more efficient in MCU resource arrangement.
Best Regards,
Ben
