The telepresence room license supports room-based immersive and multipurpose Cisco TelePresence System Endpoints. For example: Telepresence Series 3200, 3000, 1300; MX-Series; TX-Series; TelePresence System Profile Series.

What type of endpoint are you trying to register? And why do you mention the multiscreen license? That license is applied at the device level vs. CUCM level.

Sx20

You only need a single Telepresence Room license for an SX20, even if you're doing multi-screen, the license is for the endpoint registration. Now if you want to do dual-display, you will need to purchase the dual-display license that gets installed on the SX20 itself.

Since 31 March 2014, all new SX20s have been shipped with the Dual Display and Premium Resolution licences, so, if you have a newer device, you won't need to purchase the additional Dual Display licence to use this feature on your endpoint.

PS - Your question would be better placed in the TelePresence section of the forums where these things are discussed more actively than in the Video over IP section you have posted to.

Wayne,

So i need to order TelePresence room endpoint license, but without this license i am able to register to cucm as sip device.

You can register the SX20 to CUCM as a third-party SIP Device and only require an Enhanced UCL. But to register it natively as an SX20, it requires the Telepresence Room License.

Check the licensing tables here: http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/admin/10_0_1/ccmfeat/CUCM_BK_F3AC1C0F_00_cucm-features-services-guide-100/CUCM_BK_F3AC1C0F_00_cucm-features-services-guide-100_chapter_0100101.html#CUCM_RF_U75FBF1E_00

Doesn't say SX20, but it's essentially the same endpoint as the Quickset C20 - which indicates requiring a Telepresence Room License.

But i discussed with few folks they told  for SX20 required UCL Enhanced plus license.
