I have a telepresence touch 8 and a sx20 codec. When i use the admin account to log with the touch and control the codec all work fine. I need to limit the control from touch for end user. I create a account in sx20 with read only privilege. I try to log with this account but it doesn't work ? CAN you help me ?
You can use the menu password if you do not want to provide admin access on the touch pad. In that scenario used can do only the minor task but no config changes. Hope that helps.
