Is it possible to put a limit the amount of time (minutes of call time) a particular Jabber/Movi user can use on a monthly basis? Is there a particular configuration in TMS that will do this?

Hello Patrick, you have a great first name.
I just checked in TMS provisioning template options for Jabber Video and didn't see a time limit option avaliable, so it looks like it can't be done. Unless someone might know of another way like maybe through the VCS or something.

Hi Patrick,
this can most likely be implemented with an external Policy Server on the VCS, if you place some clever logic on the policy server. You might have to combine the policy server with the 'xFeedback' command on the VCS, so that the policy server also registers feedback events from the VCS, to be able to record call duration for individual clients/devices.
A good starting point for implementing Policy Services can be found at
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/telepresence/infrastructure/vcs/config_guide/Cisco_VCS_External_Policy_Deployment_Guide_X7.pdf, and you can find more details on xFeedback and FeedbackRegister in the VCS Admin guide.
Hope this helps,
Andreas
