Locking Participant on C60 TC6.0.0

Hello, I saw the following in the administrator guide for C40-C60:

Lock Speaker

function in MultiSite conferences

When you are hosting a MultiSite conference, you can

use

Lock speaker

to keep the large picture for the same

participant for the entirety of the call (no audio-driven

switching between participants)

I have tried in many different ways and I can't seem to find what needs to be enabled in order to get this lock function to work. I was able to select "remote Layout" and switch it to Full Screen. This made my site Full screen but as soon as another site starts speaking, the image switches. Where can I turn on this lock participnat feature?

I checked the release notes for TC6 software, and found the following:

Improved video layout control on Cisco TelePresence Touch 8
Support for “lock speaker” in MultiSite from MultiSite host. Show the same participant in full screen mode for the entire call (no voice switching between participants). 

So I would assume from that statment that it is only avaliable using the Touch 8.  I also found a reference of how to do it for the EX60/90 series admin guide, but not for any of the C-Series guides.  Perhaps someone from Cisco could chime in and shed some more light on this.
