mark ouside redirected calls

Hi all,

PSTN-PBX1-bri-Cisco-WAN-Cisco-bri-PBX2-ph2(882)

out3 ph1(881)

#. The ph1 connecterd to PBX1 is redirected all ouside calls to ph2.

when I type show isdn active:

Calling Called

Number Number

---------------------

---N/A--- 882

#. When a call is made directly from ph1(881) to ph2(882):

Calling Called

Number Number

---------------------

-- 881 ---- 882

Q: How can I view the call number(881), when it redirects ouside calls,

or are there any possibilites to mark calls made directly from 881 or redirected by 881.

why calls are being counted as Incomplete.

1) TCD records.

2) RCD records.

3) Call_Type_Half_Hour records.

4) IP-IVR (CRS/Qmanager) logs with the following tracing enabled:

APP_MGR, ENG,ICD_CTI,SS_APP,SS_CM&CMT,SS_ICM,SS_RTR, SS_TEL
