I want to deploy MCU 5320 as Unified CM media resource using this guide (page 36). But I don't have "Use trunk" option on settings_sip.html webUI page. I also have access to another 5320 MCU with the same feature key set, where this option is available. Only difference between this two devices is firmware version:
4.4(3.42) on my device and 4.5(1.45) on device where "Use trunk" is available.
Q1: Do I need to upgrade or there is workaround to use sip trunk without this option?
Q2: Do I need to pay for this update?
Q3: If my distributor can't get it for me or my relationships with them stopped can I get updates directly from cisco?

Refer to the "Deploying an MCU as a Unified CM media resource" section in install guide that matches your MCU software version.
Upgrades for MCU software doesn't require a release key, but an active service contract for the MCU is required to download the software.
