We have recently upgraded our MCUs from the 3000 series to the 2 x 5320 ones. We have a lot of endpoints that use ISDN to dial into us and used CISCO Conference Director to rename them to display their location and not the ISDN line number. Director is not supported on the 5320 and I cant rename the endpoints through the MCU interface.
Does anyone know another way of doing this?

Hi Paul,
You can override the display name if you set up the other site as an "Endpoint" on the 5320.
On the web interface, if you go to "Endpoints" and add a new endpoint and set the Call-in match parameters to match the ISDN line number. You then set the name for that endpoint in the "Display Name Override" field - then whenever that endpoint dials in to your MCU, and the MCU matches it to this newly defined endpoint entry, the display name will become the new override name.
