MCU error: Unable to use main video

Hello Friends,

One of my customer has an MCU server CTI-4505-MCU-K9. All of a sudden it has started to give the below error message.

Content: unable to use main video as source.

I have attached the webpage for your reference.

Need your help on this

VNC connections are limited to a certain resolution, I don't have them in front of me, but the max is 1024*768.
