MCU - Presentation sharing

Hi,

We have recently discovered if two or more people connect to the MCU as guest and are presentated with, "Waiting for the conference Chairperson" if one of these guests share presentation they are able to do so without the Chair Person being present.

Is this something we can turn off on the MCU? We are not wanting guests to be able to share presentation if the Chair Person is not present.

HI Dean.  Seems a bit off to me.  We will investigate and see where it leads us.  Keep you posted.

Hi Patrick.

We noticed this issue on a 8510 blade using software version 4.4(3.42)

I am guessing the MCU does not have a setting to disable this & this a bug?

HI Dean. You can ultimately disable content on the conference and this won't happen, but I reckon thats a bit extreme in some cases. 

Bug has been ID'ed - CSCue92412

Not viewable at the moment, but has been reported all ready. 

Not sure when it will be targetted for a release at the moment.
