Hi everyone,
I have an Ex60 and Cisco Telepresence 1300-47 registered to call manager. If I make a video call between Jabber and the 1300-47 all the three microphones are on and active but if I make a call between the Ex60 and the 1300-47 just two microphones are active. On the call manager I have 3 microphones configures. Somebody knows why this happen?

What is version of EX and CTS?

Hi Rafal,
CTS Version: CTS_1.9.2(19)_P2
EX60: I cannot see the version from the call manager and I do not have access locally because is on a remote location.
I have three microphones on the table, just the one on the center and the right microphone are actives during the call. The left microphone never is active.

What about camera switching? When you move to the left is it working or left side is completely ''dead''?
Issue is consistent and happen all the time?
