Migrating TMS and TMSPE Database from onboard SQL Express 2008 to external Full SQL 2012

When migrating the TMS and TMSPE database to external and changing version from 2008 SQL express to 2012 Full SQL, is the TMS tool sufficient to repoint  to new databases for TMS and TMSPE? Or do we need to uninstall the application and reinstall using custom install setting?

TMS version is14.4.2

TMS Tools can repoint TMS and TMSPE to the new SQL locations.

It look like there is some problem with TMS tools on TMS14.5+TMSPE1.3

I just tried TMS Tools with TMS 14.6 and TMSPE 1.4, everything seems to be working fine.  What issue or error are you getting Elter?
