Looking all over for an answer. Have a customer with multiple On Prem registered endpoints. They state that they don't have the option to add another party to a call on most of the endpoints, but do on at least one. So no Add Call button on the Touch 10. I can't find where that is even a parameter to modify. There is no multisite and all the endpoints in CUCM are set at 4 max calls. Has anyone run across this or know what to check?
