Hi,
i have a little problem with movi clients. If i connect from external to VCS-E (7.2.1) i can not dial interal numbers because it says 407
Proxy Authentication Required.
If i connect internal to VCS-C (7.2.1) all is ok. What should i configure to make this work from external?
I use TMS 14.1.1 LDAP Auth for user auth.
Strange is also if i try from internal it uses SIP but from external it uses H323 but it should also use SIP.
Any hint?

Hi!
Maybe your SIP traversal zone is down or as SIP fails with the 407 it tries to interwork the call.
Did you check the Traversal zone and how the exact search details look like?
Could you describe your deployment a bit more. Like:
How does your deployment look like?
How are your authentication settings for the different zones?
Could you explain "TMS 14.1.1 LDAP Auth"
Is only the VCS-C running the provisioning server or also the VCS-E?
Is the sip domain also added to the VCS-E
...
?

Hi Born,
what is the subzone settings on VCS-E where movi is registering? if it is "do not check credentials" can you make it "treat as authenticated" or "check credentials" and try again.
