Moving EX/MX Profile units to new CUCM

Hi All,

 We are planning to move few video units from CUCM 8.6 to CUCM 9.1. I know if we move IP phones from one CM to another CM, we need to delete CTL,ITL files. Is there something we have to take care in video units?

Hi,

I have run into this problem when moving TelePresence endpoints from CUCM cluster A to CUCM cluster B, so yes, deleting CTL/ITL files might be necessary.

In later versions of TC software, you can do this from the web page (attaching screenshot from TC 7.0.2). Older versions require you to use the command line interface if I remember correctly.
