Greetings,
For teletresence endpoints like SX, Webex 70G2, 55, when do we need to order "MultiSite Software Feature Option" and what is its purpose.
Is there any Document about this

You need it to from one endpoint call two others and use the one endpoint.

Is it needed if there is an existing central CUCM/meeting/telepresence server?

No it is not needed if you are meeting on a bridge. It is only needed if you wanted to use the codec as a mini-bridge per say.
