Hi,
I was wondering what do I need in order to have a multisite conference with a SX20 quick set?
I understand that the SX20 has an internal MCU, so there is no need for a MCU.
Will I be able to have lets say 3 branch offices in one video conference just with the SX20?
Any help is much appreciated.

Hi Che.
Yes you are right, the SX20 supports multisite.
You need an option key for this to work, and the Cisco Product ID for that is LIC-SX20-MS

SX20 Quick Set support 4-way SIP/H.323 MultiSite (adding 3 other video sites), so yes you able to run the conference call with 3 branch office as long as one of SX20 has multisite option key installed.
