We have a Cisco Telepresence system hosted in the cloud (VMware) and we're having a problem with getting our MX300 G2 to register all of a sudden.
We have all other devices working, such as Jabber on Win/MAC, DX80's, 8841 Phones etc. These all register through Expressway to CUCM. all working well.
The MX300 G2 was also working, but a few days ago I noticed it had not registered and looking at the logs there is a 500 internal server error showing when it's pulling the device info in. I have tried removing and re-adding the device, assigning a new user etc, to no avail. Logs below. Could anyone advise?

Note I changed my real domain to "mydomain.com" and the real username to "my.user"
Everything looks fine with the user and config but it gets the 500 error when retrieving the device info.

I would suggest to get in touch with the administrator hosting your MRA cloud and start troubleshooting on Expressway side. Performing diagnostic logging on the Expressway would help identify the issue by comparing the logs with generated logs on your endpoint with the time stamps. This way, it could tell you the reason why your endpoint cannot register on the Expressway and getting error messages.
