I have problem with MX200 audio output quality. After we installed MX200 on the table, we realized that the audio output is somehow in and out. The level of audio is not consistent. Some time it is at the right level, and some times it is very soft. We later found out that by placing microphone to the right of the display monitor, it helps but not completely solve the problem.
Does anyone has the similar experience? If yes, what would be the resolution?

Make sure that there is no magnetic interference near by.

Hi Wen,
what is the result if you swap the the microphone port to teh second one , or probably trying another microphone.
on the same unit.
also can you let me know if there are any configuration changes made to the unit or not.
can you share the xconfiguration experimental configuration
