Hi All,
I am facing a camera issue in one of our MX700 .Have written the error message below.It disappears after a restart and again comes back .Also on the screen we are getting a message as "Video has stopped ".
S/W version - CE 8.2.1
ERROR: IP Camera Status FTT201803Q8 reports CAMERA_MALFUNC_MOTOR. FTT201803Q8 reports CAMERA_MALFUNC_MOTOR_PAN. FTT201803Q8 reports CAMERA_MALFUNC_SYSTEM_CRITICAL.

There is an issue with some camera firmware in some of the older CE releases. I'd recommend that you upgrade to CE8.3.4 (if you are staying with the older CE8 release for some reason), or the newer CE9.2.2 releases.

You will need to RMA the camera module.

Hi Wayne,
Thank you for the response with respect to MX700, we are facing a similar error message with regards to SX80 camera issue, would be able to provide us with a solution.
Currently we are running with TC7.3.9.b938c8e. Do you recommend to upgrade as well ??
