MX700,dual display, right monitor is not off while stand-by

Hi guys:

          Dual-display MX700,when standby, the left screen can be completely extinguished, but the right screen cannot be completely extinguished, and the background color is still retained,it will go off 10 minutes later.

Note:this left monitor is a new one that replaced,because the old one is failed,is it a cause?Is it can be fixed?

Maybe related, we've had to replace dozens of right screens
