Hello,

One of my mx700s during the call does not receive or send more audio even if it is not lost.

In log peripherals.log I found this error repeated

Do you think a firmware recovery can be useful or is there any other problem?

Has anyone ever happened?

From the logs, the issue seem to be memory related.

Try upgrading the software, it will most likely resolve the issue. It is also worth to try a factory reset.

If the above suggestion does not resolve the issue, I would suggest opening a TAC case, as they may have a fix for that.
