I was called in to finish a setup of a MX700 wall. About 1/2 of it was set up before I got there.
I completed the setup, and since I've never used one, I didn't know what to expect.
I powered it on, and the left screen briefly showed "Cisco", then went black. Nothing appeared on the right screen.
The tablet/console device said Invalid Network Configuration.
I suspect the cable to the right monitor is loose.
edit: I revisited the site today. I plugged an HDMI cord in to HDMI 1 and 2, and a 3rd HDMI port, to my laptop, and a computer.
Nothing appeared on either screen.
Also, the console - I tried different network ports on the wall. In doing so, I saw 3 messages: the one below, one about DHCP not being picked up, and one about the room not being connected.
Where does the cable to the right monitor live?
What should I see when I power it on?
Will I need their networking team to set up the tablet/console?

It sounds like whoever started the set up of the device didn't plug it all in correctly. I'd recommend going back through the install instructions and checking all the cables are connected correctly.
As for the question about the network, the unit will pick up an IP address if it can get one from DHCP, otherwise, you may need to configure the IP of the endpoint manually via the Touch10 (via the Settings button in your picture) - you will need to consult with the local network team to determine how they need it configured for their network.

Hello,
Please check the cables and it should be connected as mentioned in below cable schema-
Regarding network issue, please connect your laptop in place of touch 10 and enable DHCP on your laptop and see if it is getting the IP from codec or not?
If it is not then connect you laptop directly on codec secondary Ethernet port and see if it is getting IP from there not?
If it is getting IP then it means the network cable from codec to POE injector is not connected properly
Try to connect it properly and try again.
Thanks

ok, I didn't see this in time when I was last out there. It's for a VA hospital, and they don't have a dedicated IT team onsite, which I had hoped to meet. They visit different VAs and answer tickets and arrive when they can.
If I am scheduled to go back out there I will try that, thank you.
