MX800 CAMERA MALFUNCTION ISSUE

My MX800 dual monitor dual camera system has a camera malfunction.

First time any error on this system over 12 months old.  A/C good in Conference Room.

Error:

CAMERA_MALFUNC_AUTO_EXPOSURE.

CAMERA_MALFUNC_MOTOR.

CAMERA_MALFUNC_MOTOR_IRIS

CAMERA_MALFUNC_SYSTEM_CRITICAL

Now I remote into the system via browser and I could see the camera video.

When I put it in a call I began getting the video and then black screen intermentantly.

When the black screen was up the error warning text displayed.

I haven't restarted the system but will after the meeting going on in about an hour.

Any other ideas ???

No one has messed with the system nor has their been any power issues.

I'd definitely suggest logging a TAC case with this one, it will likely need RMA.

Are you running a recent software release on it?  There have been some camera firmware updates included in some of the releases within the last 12 months, so that could be worth a try if you are able to do so.
