MXP 6000 Camera

After I power on my MXP 6000, the Tandberg Precision HD TTC-01 Camera rotates left then right, then goes maximum up or orth and clicks for a while, I get a message stating no Camera is connected.

Roy - if the codec is running B9.1 code, that is not an MXP, that is a very old Tandberg 6000. B series (and E series) codecs do not support the HD camera - that codec is two models before the MXP.

Can you confirm the codec model and software version, as well as the camera model?  As Patrick M's mentions, the camera you describe doesn't belong with the codec you have.
