need advice for Tandberg Gatekeeper and border controller

I just bought a used gatekeeper and border controller, trying to reset them to access the serial port , the password needs to be reseted , anyone know how or a thread i missed to read.

The default password for those products was "TANDBERG", so try that first.

If you forget your password, it is possible to set a new password using the following procedure:
1. Reboot the Gatekeeper/Border Controller.
2. Connect to the Gatekeeper/Border Controller over the serial interface once it has restarted.
3. Login with the user name pwrec. No password is required.
4. You will be prompted for a new password.
Note: The pwrec account is only active for one minute following a restart. Beyond that time you will have to restart the system again to change the password.
