Need to reset password on Content server 4.1

Thanks ahead of time for any help!

I found a disconnected content server that we'd like put back into production. It's running 4.1 and the default passwords don't work and we can't get into it using remote desktop.

I've looked online but can't find the 4.1 admin guide? Does anybody know where it is?

Once I get in I can upgrade to 5.x.

Hi Douglas,

You will need TAC's assistance to restore the Administrator password so please proceed to open a TAC case.  Once you are able to login to the system, the Online help will be fully available if you still needed the Administrator Guide info; however, it sounds like you may only have needed that to recover the password.
