Hi All,
Since the Database Migration to the new TMS Server with the old Backup from the old TMS we have problems to access to TMS Server about https.
Could be the reason of this Problem the old database movement?
I checked all Services of the Windows Server 2008\ IIS Manager and all other ones but without any success.
Maybe is some services,what i forgot? Or other things?

HTTPS was not enabled in IIS on the server. Created a self-signed certificate and bound that to the default webpage and it was working fine, locally and externally.

Its highly unlikely the old backup has anything to do with this. In order to be able to access the TMS on https you must enable this in IIS. TMS is hosted by IIS, and https is not enabled by default.
I know you can enable secure only device communication in TMS but this does not "enable" HTTPS in IIS. If HTTPS is not enabled in this case no endpoints will be able to feedback to the TMS.
A quick google search will tell you how to enable it on the new server. Or this link http://weblogs.asp.net/scottgu/archive/2007/04/06/tip-trick-enabling-ssl-on-iis7-using-self-signed-certificates.aspx.In the next version of TMS we will include a wizard for enabling HTTPS on the server. It will also be an option during installation.
The link is for enabling https with a self signed certificate in IIS 7.x. Ask the local admin if you need it signed specifically from an authority.

Thx for your feedback.
I forgot one detail. If I access about Rdp to the TMS Server, tHe https will worked directly on the Server. But if I want to access without tHe RDP, then https doesn't work ( in the same Network ). Are you sure tHat the reason the is theself sign certificates ect....

Hi if https is enabled and you can access the server locally on https but not externally maybe the 443 port is blocked by the windows firewall or another firewall if any?
What do you see in the browser when accessing the page from outside?

Hi Rasim,
If HTTPS is enabled on IIS and the TMS application can be accessed from the server itself, then you many need to check the following:
1. go to TMS administrative tools > configuration network settings and check if secure only communication is enabled
2. If it is enabled then check if HTTPS ( port 443) traffic is blocked, when trying to access it from your PC.
