No audio when using Ad hoc conference

Hello

Need  your support  

No audio when using Ad hoc conference 

 one to one Video calls working  however when adding participants or ad hoc conference   little cracking  audio is coming 

I disabled Video capabilities on phone profile and tried only Ad hoc audio conference  and its working
